Pitboss bug

As I found out today in pitboss you are not going to be compensated for partially build national wander if you build it in other place.

Time lag!!!!
Pitboss does not run turn timer in hours as it should be, but
for every 24 hours the turn timer delays 3 hours, at least on my computer!!!

Why is the pitboss interface height as big as the screen height???
What about some scrollbars???

PitBoss interface, when running as a server, sometime freezes!!!
As a result I can't do anything within the server software, but still
the server works, as I can access it from a civilization client, and
the turn timer counts down (although too slow as I said before)
