How do you place a city in the Civ3Qeditor? Cause in some scenarios they already have cities on the maps, I was just wondering how you place cities on the map in the map editor.
Press space bar, and you'll get to choose the active player. Now the options to place cities and units will become available. They're in the same place as the options to place terrain and resources.
