Since Civ7 will be released on the various consoles, the official Playstation blog has released today a trailer showing gameplay on the PS5. Console controllers are not typically seen as the perfect choice to play strategy games, but in the video it looks rather smooth.

(otherwise I have lost overview and don't know if there is anything new in there)

I'm generally not a fan of playing those type of games on console and got my copy on pc, but seeing it in action, it is interesting the way they make it work.

I'm most interested in that thumbnail... is that a Palace or City Hall in the upper left? What's that in front of the Taj Mahal, A UB? A UQ? I want to say this is a Mughal city, but the presence of the Taj Mahal and what I'm pretty sure is the Red Fort might be misleading me.

The red gate with white domes in front of the Taj Mahal is part of the Taj Mahal grounds. It's not normally depicted, but apparently is in Civ 7.

The structure to the left and behind Taj Mahal is the Red Fort. The building farther to the left in front of the volcano with the green dome is a modern building that we haven't identified yet, but it's definitely not a Palace or City Hall. As Eagle mentioned, the structure in front is part of Taj Mahal.

This shot has the same scene but with the positions of the wonders reversed:
