Please Help, created the map, cant edit the rules

I am in the process of creating a custom scenario based on Jersey, Channel Islands where I live. You have a small island with 12 raging barbarian encampments. 3 players spread across the tiny island and the island is very very fertile and has lots of available resources. But only enough room for each civ to have a max of 2 cities each and they will be on top of each other.

My problem is I need to edit the rules. I have created the map without a problem but didnt do it from the Civ3Mod file so dont have access to edit the rules.

Is there a way of importing my map (took me ages) into the civ3mod file then saving that as JerseyScenv1?

Yeah we don't know anything about Civ3 here.

i think his question is how can you convert a civ3 map into a civ2 map.

Well, yes, this belongs in the civ3 forum. I really don't know much about editing rules in civ3, but as far as I can understand from what I do know, you need to load in & alter a .bic-file to be able to edit the rules. Would it help if you saved the map as a custom scenario .bic file, and then reloaded it to edit the rules?
