HOW DO I PUT AN EMBASSY IN CITES?

IIRC, I believe the requisite tech is Writing. Once you get it, you should notice a gold star next to your capital. Then if you click it (or maybe double-click), a window should open to let you establish embassies.

also next time you want to look click on shift-e or the E for embassy icon also try not to write in capitals it seems like your shouting

Looks like an accidental Caps Lock pressing instead of Shift on first letter of sentence. Happens to me all the time if I don;t pay attention

I thought it was because you're not allowed to post titles with all caps (and he just got around that by posting his title in all caps but one letter). Or maybe that's just on other forums, I can't remember.

Me and my friends couldnt figure out how to make embassies or where the capitol icon was, even after playing for months. :-\
