Please help units and terrain shows blur

Hey guys maybe one can help me

WHen I start the game and begin to play after set up going onto the map screen,

The units, cities and the terrain everything shows blurry I thought it was my eyes , like a type of 3D, especially when I zoom in or out. I do not have a 3D monitor. Also it very like dull. (Shows like how when you go to a 3D MOVIE without the glasses)

The interface itself shows fine, Any idea what the problem may be?

exactly WTH! Lol CIV 5 and CIV 5 Gods and Kings used to work perfeclt although slow ON my old system, my new system first time trying it with BNW showing the above:/

Oh my SPECS: Intel Core i5 - 3.30GHZ 8 GIG RAM, GEFORCE GTX 650 Ti, Windows 8.1 Pro 64Bit Beta

Please can someone help me im dying to play the game but at the moment it is unplayable:/

You're using a new computer? Then perhaps it's a manufacturing error.

erm, I built the comp last year oct, old PC is long gone, every other game works lovely, I put of CIV V because it was crap until BNW got released so I tempted to play it again and I get the above picture.

check your graphics card settings. seems like 3d mode is enabled.

Check here Hashishim and see if you can disable it. Certainly does look like it's on 3d settings. If it's only during gameplay, it's not very likely that it's a hardware problem.
