I want to second this. Hard.

I have very little qualms anymore about having my complaints to the staff (or reports for that matter) be in an unfriendly tone.
If you feel it is appropriate to write mod actions in the language of the world's worst kindergarten teacher, you don't deserve the courtesy you'd otherwise be owed.

If you have an issue with a moderator's language please take that up with them directly in the first instance.
