[BNW] Pls help me in my austrian civ

I like to make an austrian civ, because I´m native austrian. I do all the coding and bring the ideas for the bonuses (uu, ub and trait). It´s very important for me. Pls help me at least this one time. See it as a christmas present . I need art, lua and codechecker.
