I am currently at 199 pms. I am also at 100% full. I can hold 200, making me only 99.5% full. Is there some way for the number to be rounded down ONLY at 100? Because it bugs me for some reason, and might prompt people to unnecessarilly delete things.

Not going to change that... One PM out of 200 is insignificant. You can easily download them to your computer if you don't want to delete them.

But, well, you cant read them easily in text format. How much space do PMs take up?
