It's much easier to just post a poll I doubt you'll get much of a response this route.

But really, it's a better subject to debate than to vote on

The most? Many many many. The whole resource system is incrediblely realistic and challenging, and culture adds an entire new dimension to play in.

The Least? Well, I too have my beefs with the combat system The HP structure of Civ 2 was superior I feel.
