Pete has his feet up on an ottoman footrest.
With an ottoman in the middle of the floor.
ahh I see lol thx
If it's Phoenicia you'll see one of these three:
1) A sailboat
2) Purple color on something. Possibly shirts.
3) A B C
I've just been thinking could they trick us? could dido lead both Phoenicia and Carthage, and therefore have 2 civ reveals or at least 2 different playstyles? I d love to see that, and I feel like it d be possible since they seem to have miss counted uniques
Then Dido's reveal would be "New Leader and Civs" and I think it's very unlikely to introduce two new civs in one go.
Well that would be interesting indeed but then introducing Eleanor would make less sense.
That got me thinking for Eleanor would they say "New Leader for Civs" or maybe that's too revealing.
As there is just 2 more FL remaining, we will know from their phrasing which is which: I guess Phoenica/Dido will be the same as others "Tomorrow we will reveal new leader and civ"; Eleanor will possibly be "A new alternate leader", without any clue of the number os civs, so it could be Eleanor only for England, or only France, or both, or not her at all. That will make the announcement less revealing.
I'm guessing Phoenicia as well.
Regarding UU, I always found it strange that the famous Trireme, a staple of the series, isn't included yet - it always seemed like they saved it to be an UU.
The idea of "mercenary" UU's would be much more interesting of course. Restricting it to UU's of allies may be very limiting, though.
What about "may purchase any UU with gold, but it costs twice as much" (and you need the corresponding tech, of course).
Note that quite a few UU's depend on their civs abilities to really be powerful, so not all UU's might be as appealing as we know them.
Such a feature would certainly be worthy of being revealed last
Purple tie and purple blanket.
ALL the purple rofl
What will the clue for Eleanor be? A heart-shaped box of chocolates?
Sarah will appear with purple hair.
I believe the globe was centered on North Africa and the Mediterranean region as well, would have to go back to verify, but that's what it appeared.
It was centered on the Mediterranean with a focus on Africa/Levant which is exactly where Phoenicia is.
But that was probably the least obvious hint. The purple attire did it lol
Before the stream I wondered if they might get more subtle with the hint and have a Prince album or "The Color Purple" movie DVD sitting in the background. But no. No subtly.
I guess they already know we are looking for hints. Not doing any hint or not being subtle could backlash, people could think there was no hint and so no FL, no?
I'm just relieved there weren't any elephants to be seen.
I mean, the purple is a clue, but he also mentioned Carl was the salter of fields.
Sorry Carthage. Too soon (for anything to grow, maybe. ZING)?
