The discussion about public transport was an eye opener as in no-one on the panel seemed aware how contentious this ability was before the update, let alone it has just been doubled.
You gain the gold when you place the neighbourhood as opposed to when you finish it which is quite a discussion piece.
Before R&F it was key in some top players strategies along with Big Ben. Now with additional appeal boosts this is a serious money maker because all it costs is that farm charge.
