Portugal is NAU Module 4 - Nautical Science is NAU! - Adding new TECH Nautical Science!

Adding new TECH Nautical Science! Portugal is Nau Module 4.

For Portugal, Naval units are able to enter the ocean early at Nautical Science.

Navigation school is now unlocked at this new tech (Nautical Science), mutually exclusive with the university.

This mod adds new ships:
- Dhow (for everyone)
- Junk (replaces Dhow for China)
- Barca (replaces Dhow for Portugal)
- Caravela Latina (Unique for Portugal)

Dhow replaces Galley, adding a missing naval melee unit in the middle
