Hi! I think I have found a temporary fix for FX 5200 users in movie studdering,
Please note that I have used another game part for this fix. What I have done is used a another binkw32.dll than the original one. It fixes many of the sound and studdering in the movies. What I have done is replace the binkw32.dll in the Civ 4 folder with one from one my other games that play movies smoothy(the one I took it from was Far Cry,but if you have a game runs movies smoothy that has binkw32.dll it will probulby work to.) When I replaced the one in the Civ 4 folder with the one from Far Cry I noted the size difference in the binkw32.dll files, one was 339KB the one from the Civ 4 folder and the working one (for me) was 367KB. The one from Far Cry.
It worked for me and my rig.
