Power Bar

I notice references to a "power bar" that gives your relative civ strength to other civs in the game. Where is this accessed?
I did not find this mentioned in the manual. Any help would be appreciated....

Are you maybe referring to the histogram? it gives a relative strength v other civs.

Display it by clicking the little 'H' on the side of the status box in the lower right corner of the main screen.
