power graph quicky

Ok probably something silly I havn't realised but why can I not see the power graph for all the civ I have met.

In my current game could see graph for me and the other civ on my continent but now suddenly cannot, whats up with that.

am not using any patches yet if that makes a difference.

you need to have enough espionnage points against a given Civ to see its graphs. It's called "see the demographics" in the espionnage screen.

yeah its the espionage it gets annoying sometimes
buts its a good factor to scope out enemy cities
