After becoming rather bored with my old NES, i have decided to consider opening a new one. Map: Spoiler : The rules will be similar to my old NES: DominatrNES: Infinite Struggle , with the same basic stat based way of measuring different aspects of the civilization. There are bonuses for developing culture through stories and RP, so it is not rigidly based on statistics. Perhaps i may shorten the tech acquisition time from 5 to 3, to make things move along a bit quicker. Now, this will begin right before the bronze age, with bronze working being the first tech able for acquisition. Each civilization aspires, like any other NES, to dominate the earth. There is roughly 200 civilizations to choose from. By the modern age, only a handful will be left. For info on the stat system, it's on my old NES thread, which i will likely change and polish up with this new NES to make it more clear and understandable. To join, pick a civilization and fill out the template below: Nation’s name: (both standard and plural form) Capital City: Leader: (Title and name) Place Names: (Cities, towns, etc.) Societal Structure: (classes, how people live, jobs) Brief History: List of Civilizations (Feel free to suggest if there is one you may want to play as. Ignore the presence of modern nations along with ancient cultures, it's so there's more to choose from to fit your preference) Europe: Spoiler : Germany (Patriotic_Fool) Russia France England (Daedwartin) Scandinavia Celts Netherlands Rome (Samsniped) Attica (Patchy) Spain Portugal Byzantium Holy Rome Ireland Poland Austria Denmark Baltics Etruria Illyria Switzerland Sweden Finland Scotland (Bair the Normal) Norway Wales Belgium (Alue14) Bulgaria Thracia Iberia Serbia Hungary Normandy Prussia Ostrogoths Visigoths Saxony Italy Romania Troy Basque Croatia Scythia Bohemia Pictavia Bavaria Ukraine Moravia Belarus Bosnia Macedonia Albania Andalusia Montenegro Luxembourg Kola Karelia Frisia (ZeletDude) Ingria Malta Slovenia Papal States Sicily Kosovo Slovakia Jutland Dacia Corsica Sardinia Estonia Lithuania Latvia Iceland Burgundy Moldova Crete Castille Aragon (Krzowwh) Cornwall (thomas.berubeg) Sapmi Toulouse Sparta (christos200) Africa: Spoiler : Egypt (mythmonster2) Carthage (Arrow Gamer) Zulu Songhai Abyssinia Mali Nubia Kongo Khoisan Somalia Kanem-Bornu Tunisia Morocco South Africa Nigeria Angola Kenya Libya Algeria Tanzania Uganda Cote d'Ivoire Vandals Namibia Mozambique Chad Sudan Djibouti Eritrea Senegal Guinea-Bissau Guinea Sierra Leone Benin Ghana (Brougal) Zambia Madagascar Makuria Swaziland Numidia Oyo Hausa Middle East: Spoiler : Babylon Persia Ottomans Arabia Sumeria Hatti Phoenicia Israel (momo1000) Georgia Armenia Azerbaijan Assyria Khazaria Iran Afghanistan Iraq Syria Cyprus Kurdistan Kuwait Oman Yemen Lebanon Trebizond Jordan UAE Qatar Turkey Phrygia Cappadocia Pashtunistan Balochistan Hurria Elam Asia: Spoiler : China Japan (topsecret) India (bonefang) Mongols Korea Siam Huns Manchu Tibet Kush Khmer Ainu Munda Tamil Mughals Vietnam Pakistan Bangladesh North Korea Harappa Thailand Kazakhstan Laos Turkmenistan Tajikistan Cambodia Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan Taiwan Nepal Bhutan Sri Lanka Myanmar Pagan Tatarstan Uyghurstan Oceania: Spoiler : Polynesia Australia (Nintz) Noongar New Zealand Majapahit Philippines Indonesia Malaysia Papua Timor Aceh (MaxaTheGreat) Srivijaya Maori Gunai Wiradjuri Pitjantjatjara Warlpiri Aranda North America: Spoiler : America (Omega124) Iroquois Canada Maya Aztecs Apache Cherokee (Terrance888) Sioux Mexico Haida Inuit Carib Cuba Navaho El Salvador Seminoles Honduras Guatemala Powhatan Olmecs Zapotecs Toltecs Tlingit Salish Comanche Haiti Dominica Mohicans Shawnee Anasazi Nicaragua Costa Rica Panama South America: Spoiler : Inca Brazil Argentina Arawak Tupi Mapuche Colombia Venezuela Xavante Chile Paraguay Bolivia Peru Uruguay Moche Ecuador Chibcha Guyana Suriname Zulia Tehuelche ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I know, this is all seeming very vague and not thought out, but that's why this is the PRE thread, and things are subject to change.
