Touching on that rule, there is no way that I would allow myself one of the four superpowers if I were playing.

All the current selections are fine, but I think you would find Britain rather dull, Omega. You are mostly tied to whatever France does, and Southern Africa is collapsing. Nevertheless, you might find it quite a challenge and rather enjoyable.
