precision bombing

I have never played the Americans but I'll soon. My question is: with f-15, there is precision bombing. If I destroy hospital and aqueduc of a big city, what will happen? Or is there better target than aqueduc and hospital?

I am not sure if you can destroy the hospital or aqueduct of a city. Even if you do, the only effect will probably be that it cannot grow unitl it is rebuilt. I would target cultural improvements, since destroying an ancient one really hurts your enemy, and you will not get them when you take the city anyway.
