Preorder from EB games

I pre ordered this from EB games a few days ago to get the Mediterean map pack and I can't seem to find the map. I have some of the civs it said like Rome and Greece but I don't think I have Persia and I know I know I don't have Phonecia. where do I find this stuff? I checked the mods thing too, and still nothing.

I pre-ordered from Besy Buy and have no idea how to claim my map pack from there, either.
