Preserve Forest

How to preserv forest, im in 1985 year and do i have to preserve now each tile (with forest) in my city to keep the forest from global warming or not ? thanks

No, it's up to you whether you do or not. The main benefit of a Preserve is that each one will make 1 person happy and if you have two of them, then you also gain 1 health from the Forest themselves. You also get 1 free Specialist for each Preserve if you build the National Park in the city. AFAIK though, they have no effect on global warming.

Technically the forest preserve doubles the chances of forest regrowth (still insanely low though, and requires an available tile which is rare in the modern age) and if a forest regrows that helps slow global warming a little.
