OK what possible advantage do they have by sitting there.... Is it possible they are shifting troops north out of our view and preparing to hit us on 2 fronts. I just dont get it. Whomp( and others) for one is a better player than just to sit there

Been thinking about that and i have come up with a theory.

Piffle's WW would have been slowly growing throught the war, but the bloodbath near hello would have amped it up quite a bit, to the point were research would have been hampered.

At this point Epsilon probably told them they were not impressed about waiting around so they have decided to let the WW drop down again. Also they realised cavs weren't going to help them so they will load up on grends and red coats while they are waiting.

This is why i think its important to get the gold up, build some caravels and get them upgraded to frigates when we can.

From what we have seen they have 3 or 4 frigates with a lot of galleons so if we can get 6+ frigates we will start killing some of their troops before they get to us and force the others to land quickly instead of hiding on the boats

Yeah was thinking about changing builds in Aloha when the next cossak finishes, its our only naval producing city- it wont be that cost effective upgrading etc too many tbh though, will be more worth whipping them.

Don't have to upgrade all of them just 2 or 3 to give us a nice kick start, then build/whip the rest

If we could get Hej built again soon then that would take the pressure off Aloha to build everything. The other cities we can do without for now.

Well we've got quite a few troops- switched to rep this turn, wont really do *that* much until we turn science back on. Other than that was just a case of hitting enter.

OK 1380AD- hired ALOT of specialists, cut down the time to get too Sci Method by roughly twenty turns.


Yeah i can see hello losing food but really it shouldn't grow much more, most of the happy is down to troops we may have to move out so leaving it like that, nearly every other city has hired two scientist specialists, except the iron one and the insence one (iron one had a lib whipped this turn, insence next turn probably).

We have another furs next turn so i was thinking of sending it to innovia just for free, may as well i think we can always take it away later

Still no sign of piffilian troops so i sent down a couple of cossaks to go look.

edit- someone mentioned wanting to see it a few days ago, heres the power graph- epsilon had a massive bump recently, we're still second.

Well as you probably well know we are now at war with epsilon and are trying to save money, to upgrade units to riflemen. This means we are uncertain to when it will be finished.

I will update you in a couple of turns, when the situation becomes clearer.

Lets face it, Innovia did all the hard work and Epsilon is just dropping by to finish it off, like vultures.

I expect that Epsilons tactics will reflect Piffles.

I just hope Loco don't drop their research too much, we all need chem right now if we want to hold epsilon and piffle off

Ok i don't know what loco were going on about rifling for, they have no+gpt per turn, only have 100 gold and don't have rifling , unfortunatly for us this turn epsilon got rifling, that means next turn piffle can start building redcoats, we really need chem to get busy on grens and frigates. Other than that not change, didn't seem worthwhile posting a screenie, all i did was add scientists in the fur/iron city.
