Pressing ENTER in adivisor screens

Situation.

- It's the end of your turn (so you're being prompted to press enter).
- You open up some other screen, like an advisor screen
- You (accidentally) press enter
- Your turn will advance and you will still be looking at the other (advisor) screen

It seems like the ENTER key should not advance you to the next turn while you the advisor screens open.

Yes, it happened to me too. Also, picture behind that blue screen of domestic advisor wasn't updated while AI was making turns.

I think it would be nice idea to zoom globee too upon pressing ENTER.

And, finally, write 'Press ESC to exit city view'. ESC works, but pressing ENTER scares me when I exit city view in the end-turn state being at war state...
