I'm looking to make an alternate leader for America but I don't want Roosevelt to be chosen when I pick my custom leader. Also, I don't want my custom leader chosen if Roosevelt gets chosen.
I know in Civ 5 there was an "AIplayable" tag, I don't know if that exists in Civ 6. Is there an alternative?
Also in Civ 5, there was an "Update" tag, and within that tag, you could update the loaded Civs to make a base game Civ unplayable.
If anyone has any tips, it would be greatly appreciated.
