Privateers also trigger wars!!!

Blockade, Privateer using "Blockade" made 3 AIs declared war on me
- 3 AIs declared war at me at the same turn.
- They just declared war, no landing force or fleet incoming - not for sudden strike or something.
- the AIs didn't have the same national religion(2 Confucianism and 1 Jewish).

Until they declared wars on me for my destroyer blockage, did I notice that that could may be privateer blockage triggered the war.
Does Privateer "Blockage" really trigger wars?
