Problem creating a unit

[Celtic Warrior]

I have created a new unit using the American Rev units in CIV4 and putting them into BTS. The game loads fien and everything works fine until I click on the unit in the city screen to build it. It comes up with a windows debug screen.

The unit works fine when I place it on the map in advanced start.
