Problem . I Have a monitor 14 inch .not show menu after start

after start the game (civil4) , menu is not show & movies . I need help .
my vga : geforce fx 5500(256) , prossesor : 2.4 celeron d, monitor 14 tvm 4D.

Please post your dxdiag - we can then take a look at it for you

Start Button - click - select run - type dxdiag - press enter - wait a min - select "save all information" - remember where you put it - post the file as an attachment using the 'go advanced ' button below

I thing that problem is in your resolution (800-600), civilization 4 has 1024-768 as the smallest allowed resolution to play.

And if your computer's highest resolution is 800-600 than...

If i'am rigth with it of course

You used the phrase "monitor 14 tvm 4D"

Is that a TV screen ... long shot, just making sure ..

Your graphics driver is out of date - way out of date, and will not know about many of the more advanced functions used in Civ IV
(Driver Date/Size: 12/31/2001 )

Load these drivers, they are the latest fot your card and also provide DirectX 9.0c support, important for Civ IV
