Problem loading saved game

Having a problem loading a saved game on Civ6 GS. The 'Load Game' button is grey for all saved games. Under 'Additional Content@ 4 items are red. Babylon, Catherine de Medici, Portugal and Vietnam / Kublai Khan packs. I assume it's something to do with this. Either I have or don't have someting I shouldn't / should. But I don't know what. I haven't knowingl;y made any changes since playing literally yesterday. It says it is saved by version 1.0.12.9 (564030)

Do you bypass the 2k launcher? If not try to do so.

Actually you are BETTER to bypass the 2K launcher which is chiefly a source of crashes on loading.
