Problem With BTS Patch

Hey everyone, I played the game on my comp awhile ago and it worked fine, then tried to uninstall it and it froze during the uninstalling of BTS. After a few months I wanted to play it, installed Civ 4 perfectly, but BTS won't install. I went into my system registry and cleared all the files related to BTS. But each time I try to install BTS, I get an error message stating that the game installs an older version and new version of 3. 13. 00 already exists, but that's the patch, and I cannot delete it, does anyone have any feedback on how to fix this problem, any information would be much appreciated.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{32E4F0D2-C135-475E-A841-1D59A0D22989}
