Problem with high resolution

I've got a new monitor with DQHD resolution (5120x1440) for a few weeks now. I have the same resolution at work, and since I spend a lot of time in HomeOffice, I bought this monitor at a reasonable price...

I also use this monitor for gaming. However, I can no longer operate some windows because the icons are too small or are covered by other elements. I can no longer use Colopedia at all, but that's not so important...

See screenshots below...

Is there any way to adjust the size of the elements? In the Python files, perhaps? Or at least add shortcuts for some elements?

I can work around most of the problems, but not the buttons for “Buy” and “Import” on the right-hand side...

The problem is that vanilla is written for 4:3 monitors (or 12:9 if you like). The wider the monitor, the more problems it causes. 16:9 works, but your 32:9 resolution fails hard. Fixing this has been on the todo list for years, but somehow that list is always super crowded, so not much has been done. Only the domestic advisor is mostly optimized to any resolution aspect.

That's bad, of course.
On the city screen, I really only need the “buy” button and the “import/export” button. Can you assign shortcuts there?

I use a 52" monitor with 7680x2160 resolution and play it windowed with 3000x1900 resolution. Thats perfect for me and enough space left for a browser window nearby.

You can use my Mod Chooser, to start without messing in the ini. :)

I don't like window mode because you can't move the map with the mouse. But before I can't play it at all, I'll put up with it...
