Problem with installing the expansion

I bought a physical copy of the game, and bought the expansion through t he PS store. I downloaded t he expansion but when trying to install it, it says cannot connect to the server in the time limit. When I try to install it through the game, it says there is no content to show at this time. I have checked my internet multiple times and its running perfectly. Please help!
