When I download the latest BTS version I dont have any maps/secnarios to play. I uninstalled/reinstalled on two computers and the same thing. What going on?

You installed the mod into \Documents\My Games\beyond the sword\Mods\ when you need to put it in \Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\

Its a common mistake, actually.

Even when its off steam? All my other mods have worked this way

Just do it already. I don't know anything about your other mods or about Steam, but you clearly don't put RFC in My Games. Because it won't work, right?

Your way didn't work either. I put it in my steam beyond the sword file and got it to work though
