I cant freaking install BTS and play it right, I mean freaking Vista just ruin it with all this DLL now is asking me to install some DLL in the directory of the the running application, can anyone help me out here?

You might want to be a bit more specific -- what exactly is the name of the DLL file that is mentioned? If it's d3dx9_32.dll, you might want to check out this thread. It's a pretty common problem with a simple solution and something that I also experienced when installing BTS on Vista.
