Sorry for asking (and sorry if this is somewhere I been trying to look for this).
How would I create a promotion that does the following.
First, Promotion BLITZKRIEG
+20% to attack
-30% to defend (from all types of attacks)
Second, Promotion NUCLEAREXPLOSION
a 10% chance to be destroyed when damaged.
(for example, a submarine - gets a 10% chance of getting destroyed when damaged due to water stress on the hull at great depths.)
Third,
Let us say we have two Promotions. Promotion MISSILES and Promotion ANTIMISSILESYSTEM
The Promotion MISSILES does +5% dmg (no biggie got this one down)
BUT....
How would I get the Promotion ANTIMISSILESYSTEM to do +25% damage to any unit thats been upgraded to the MISSILES promotion?
