Provincial Redistriciting, Part 2

With concent of the Governors of Kitakinu and Edo, and with help from Epimethius, I present this poll. This poll is to ratify Provincial and Territorial boundaries in the Northern Subcontinent..

This poll will have 4 choices. In addition to the Yes, No, and Abstain, there is also a choice to accept only the boundary of Kitakinu, (as well as Edo's modified border,) "creating" only 1 Sector in the North rather than 3. If no option gets a majority, then this option wins by default as it is a "compromise" between the two extremes.

Abstain; those lands are not ours and should never be ours. So no need for provinces there.

I agree to this proposal except for one place; on the border of the "Northern Sector" is Beascon. I do not feel it is right to have a city be directly on the border as Beascon is...so I propose that the border where Beascon is (directly W of Beascon) be flipped the other way to include the unroaded hill in the Northern Sector.

Does any of that make sense?

I get what you're saying GA, and I agree with it. I also agree with this proposal. This will make it much easier to make war plans (if any) against the French and/or Zulu.

I think the boundaries on the current provinces are fine. As for the rest, I think we should wait until before we know we're about to conquer them. Which will hopefully be never.

No Governors will be made from this area yet... but at least the "Districts" are there.

And, if we don't go to war in the North, then these will merely present Fully Defacto Borders

EDIT: Though Tuge and Ish I do not challenge Zulu's claim to. Hlobane and Intombe... Uh...
