PtW always goes back to desktop

1. Sorry, if that question is already asked, but I'm a Newbe of this forum.
2. Some days ago everything worked ly. But when I tried to play yesterday, it went back to desktop (after building first town in new game). What do I do wrongly ?????

Have you made any modifications to the game? Adding or changing units for example?

Exactly! As you said!

In that case, you probably just need to make sure the game knows where to find the relevant Art and Sound files for the units.

Nono, that's not the point. It always works, but when I go the town's view it goes back to desktop. Not more Early . . .

Yes, but the game doesn't actually load up the images until you attempt to view them. And once you go to the City View screen, it has to load all the Animations (not necessarily the static icons) for the units you can build at this time, as it displays an image from the animations in the big 'Build Queue' button.

So the crash could be caused by the fact that the game can't find the animations for one of the units that you can build at the time.
