Public Investigation - Neutral Leader

Much of the evidence in this case is a general lack of activity by neutral leader.

Charge 1: neutral leader continually and vehemently posted building queues of a pacifistic nature, refusing to build military items. His argument was that they could be overturned in the chat. What he neglected to do was follow the will of the people which had been overwhelmingly in favor of an early war effort.

Charge 2: neutral leader has not started a single discussion on build queues, process or procedure. Not a single point was opened for citizen input by neutral leader.

Charge 3: neutral leader did not post instructions on tile optimization.

Judge Advocate Response

The evidence presented in the first post is accurate. It is impossible to present evidence of a non-event, you simply must look at the performance overall, as noted in the charges. The prosecution disagrees that no evidence is presented, and in fact note that no evidence has been presented to dispute the charges.

There have been several missed turn chat instruction threads, lack of response to citizen questions, the failure to perform his duties, and the failure to respond in this thread.

The prosecution cannot control the posts of others in this thread, and I take no responsibility for the comments posted outside of my own. I do take note of the further reference material provided by Cyc and Shaitan.

As to 48 hours, the law says 48 hours minimum, or until discussion ends. There has been no response from yourself as PD related directly to the charges (and I know that you were not asked to provide defense) or from the accussed, so there is no discussion occuring even as we discuss this.

I fully agree that we should always be careful in these matters, however, I disagree that the prosecution has short cut any matter of law or issue with the case I was asked to present.

If anyone would like to present evidence favorable to the defense, then I am sure we will continue the discussion.

Chief Justice Opinion

Given the withdrawn charges from the accusors in this case, I recommend to the Judge Advocate Pro Tem that this PI be closed.

In accordance with the laws, that can be done via a unanimous Judiciary vote. I cast the CJ vote for dismissal.

I concur with my brothers on the bench and vote to close this PI since the accused has resigned and the charges withdrawn.
