Purchasing Over Several Turns

Often I'll want to make a lot of purchases at once, especially in the modern age when I want groceries in all my towns, but of course I need to wait to accumulate enough money first. This usually means I end up forgetting to build a grocery store somewhere and I have to keep a mental purchasing queue. I was thinking a solution could be to allow for purchases that work a lot like building with production. In addition to the insta-purchase, a seperate tray can be opened with options for 25%, 50% and 75%.

Each of these sets aside a percentage of your current gold income (not counting existing ongoing purchases - these would be displayed as a seperate subtraction on the top bar) and instead uses it to work towards purchasing a building or unit. For instance, if your income is 328 gold per turn and you want to buy two buildings that are 1200 gold each, both could be set to use 25% of your gold income. Your income would now only be 164 gold per turn, 82 per turn deducted for each building. It'd take 15 turns to build both buildings, although the insta-buy option can also be used to instantly complete a building with the remaining required gold instead.

A general “buy queue” would be better, ie in each town place a bunch of “planned” buildings without buying them and when you have enough gold, an action takes you to one of them and you can buy it.
(same should probably apply to repairs)
