Purchasing tiles with faith?

Would there be any way to do this? [ Whether with or without disabling gold purchases? ]

Also: In the same way that gold purchases are 4 gold per cog, faith purchases are 2 gold per cog? I know there is GOLD_PURCHASE_MULTIPLIER in GlobalParameters.xml that can be manipulated; is there something similar to manipulate for faith purchases?

If you must do this I would probably make a unit that is purchasable with Faith and that have that unit be capable of buying tiles, similar to the Great Person who has this ability.

I think trying to make tiles purchasable with Faith using standard UI would require a lot of rewriting of existing UI code.
