Put Everything On Science!!!

I don't know if it's a bug or whatever, but when playing on chieftan level, my treasury can't go below 0 and what strikes me the most, none of my buildings get sold. So I put my science on 100% build what I want and have a fast discovery rate. Together with the 'granary strategy' I read here somewhere, you're a born winner!!!

Did anyone also notice this??

Doesn't work on Warlord, that much I can tell you from experience.
