The commonly-held and rarely-questioned view is that Putin still pulls the strings, will do from behind the scenes, and will eventually become President again, no one considers Medvedev anyhting other than a Putin puppet. While I dont nessecarily disagree with this, its worth remembering that when Putin was elected it was assumed he would be the puppet of the oligarchs and thats not exactly how it turne dout. What I'm asking is, does anyhone have anyhting other than assumption when it comes to this speculation about Medvedev? Do ye think he will have any real power at all?
