I wish to banish all map trading from Civ4.
If trading maps was just the empire, and not world, I'd be fine with it. But it reveals too much and the AIs constantly spam it as if it were a reasonable thing (empires coveted each other's maps during the age of colonization - trade maps were national secrets - so I find the whole mechanic both irritating from a gaming perspective [spamming requests / trades with them] and from a game-realism perspective - it's insane that nations would give each other their most coveted secrets.)
I've looked at CvTechChooser.py - I think maybe that's an interface building file? What options appear in trade interface screen?
And BUG\TradeUtil.py which has getMapTradePartners() and changed that return ()
But taking trading out of those doesn't seem to accomplish anything...
