Question about diplomacy

I have seen several mods out there are using a different diplomacy that does not make some things permentent.

Things like:

You delcared war on us
You nuked us
You nuked our friend

etc.

Is this a special mod download that I can put in my custom assets? I am running BUG 4.4 and BULL 1.2, so will that interfer?

I am trying to make a lot of changes I have seen in mods to my own assets, and this is something I have always like about several mods.

Advanced Diplomacy by Afforess, but its a DLL mod, and thus is not just a simple "drop into custom assets" job.

Of course. You can only utilize one DLL at a time. You would have to merge them together. Here's afforess's thread
