Question About Flavor Modding

Most people who've modded leaders, buildings, and technologies know what flavors are: they specify biases leaders have towards producing different things. Now my question about modding is, if I want to add a new flavor for certain leaders to behave in a new way, do I simply add identical tags in the leaderhead infos and the building/technology infos, or do I have to do it some other place, as well?
 
You will need to add it to GlobalTypes.xml as well. But yes, that is it.
