Question about Great Scientist payoff

    There's a GS that immediately builds a Library and University.

    If you already have those does anything happen? Does it add to your science yields as if you had two libraries? Or is the bonus just thrown away?

    Thrown away. Better course would be to save that GS until you build (or conquer) a new campus in a new city.

    Is this Isaac Newton? You'll still receive the +2 Science to all Universities regardless of where you activate him. But yes, it's better to use him in a new campus. You won't get two libraries or two universities.
