Question about Icons.

How do I go about getting them from the game files? I am in need of the Levee icon in particular :/ How do I get this? I found the Levee building icon (I think), but I don't know what program is capable of opening it.

I used to have a utility to do this. Do a search on the web for "Icon Extractor". There are lots. I hesitate to recommend since I have not used for SO long.

The way thse things work is to read EXEs, DLLs, and the like for icons.
