Does the wealth/beakers/culture a city builds with hammers get multiplied the the corresponding city improvements (market/library/cathedral, etc)?

Bonus question: Does the unit XP bonus from barracks, stables, settled GGs, and West Point all stack?

Thanks to anyone who has the time to answer.

No

and

Yes (that is very easy to figure out though...ha)

When you build Wealth and company you are doing a hammer to gold and company conversion. So the only multiplier that affects it are hammer multipliers. The multipliers you build are commerce multipliers that factor in what base off the thing they are multiplying So if you have a library in you city that produces 14 commerce per turn, and has a settled great scientist in it, the library will give you 5 beakers at 100% research while only giving you 1.5 beakers at 100% gold.

That sums it up nicely, but if you have trouble picturing or remembering the distinctions perhaps the illustrated version found in my sig would be of use.
