Question about World Builder

I was playing around with building my own MOD and wanted to change the start year from some of the civs but I can't figure out how to do it (in WB I found that left clicking - or was it right clicking - while in edit unit/city gave me the option to "change the start year" but clicking on this didn't do anything).

I've seen this done in other MODs so I'm guessing it is possible - can anyone tell me how it is done?

Welocme, Tynnin! If you open a WBS with any text editor (Notepad will do) you can just fill in the general start year. Giving different civs different start years is a bit more tricky; Rhye should know, as it's a standard feature of RFC.
