does anybody have a copy of the vanilla civ IV civ4formationinfos.xml file? ive got the one with the game but when i bring it up it runs from one end of the screen to the other, its not neat and tidy like the unitinfos file is. anybody have a tidy version of it? i really dont wanna have to go through it and get it cleaned up, that will take forever!

Expression Web's Replace feature made quick work of the file....just without the tab format. Here is a vertical instead of horizontal file for you.
