Question on Victory Conditions

I've been able to achieve all of the standard victory conditions:

Domination
Space Race
Diplomatic
Conquest
Cultural
Histographic(Retired)

My question is: Is it possible to play against the AI(Computer) and acheive a victory with Elimination, Regicide, Mass Regicide, Victory Point Scoring, and Capture the Princess

I played with Elimination as the only set victory condition, but after I eliminated the last civ, the game did not end. I had respawn AI turned off. I retired and sure enough everyone was dead, but I took a loss too. I also know that these conditions were meant for multiplayer, but as long as I can have a Regicidal Victory in my Hall of Fame I want to play for it. If these conditions can only give me a win by score, than I will stick to the standard six victory conditions. I'm off to go try to win on something other than Chieftan.

I know that for Regicide and Mass Regicide at least, you end up with a Conquest victory. When you destroy the last king unit of the last AI civ, that civilization is completely destroyed and the game treats it just as if you had conquered the last city with no remaining settlers.

Interesting. If that's the case, it should have given me a conquest victory when I eliminated everyone. Looks like I've got some experimenting to do.

It would seem that Victory Point Scoring is the only true Victory condition among the bunch. Unfortunately, I don't have time to test it now.

I played a elimination game the other day, and i won. Even with respawn off i still belive they respawn once each, i didn't have respawn off tho, so maybe with that option off it messes something off, try it with respawn on, they just respawn somewhere with 1 city you just go and quickly crush it and boom you win , unfortantly you don't get the same experence you lose 1 city your done and no respawn 4 you
